他のところと比べて安価なのに対応がとても素晴らしいです。

まずお電話させて頂いたのですが対応がとても良く、ハムスターちゃんですか？とペットにちゃんをつけて呼んでいたところにとても優しさを感じましたし、お値段に関してもこの金額以上は絶対取らないのでときちんと説明もして頂き、安心できました。

立ち会いの火葬をお願いしたのですが、実際家に来て頂いた時にも再度きちんと丁寧にご説明頂き、火葬前にお線香をして合掌する際もお数珠を持たれて長い間頭を下げて頂いてくれていてとても嬉しかったです。
炉に入れる際もお別れの気持ちが整ったら呼んでくださいねとお時間をくださったり細かい気配りが素晴らしかったです。

お骨があがった際もハムスターはとても細かい骨なのに、1つ1つ取り残しないように部位ごとに分けてくださっていて、どの部分の骨なのかも1つ1つ説明してくださりとても関心しました。

お骨袋も可愛いデザインや色のものが6種類くらい？かな？あり、自分のペットに合った柄や色を選ぶ事ができました。
あと少量のお骨を手元に持てるカプセルキーホルダーも付いてきました。

火葬し終わって片付けしてる際も色々お話しさせて頂いて、優しいお言葉をかけて頂いたり、後日インスタでDM送らせて頂いた際もお話しした内容を覚えててくださってて、体調を気遣ってくれたり、本当にとても優しい方でした。
